Welcome to the Rutbusters and C-me values exercise.

Our values are who we are in the deepest sense of ourselves. What we value in our personal life may be different from our work values, but knowing your core values helps you understand what drives you, what you enjoy and what inspires you.

Choices and decision making is much easier when you're clear about what's really important and meaningful for you - what sort of life you want, what sort of people you want to spend time with and what work you want to do.

Whilst the order of values may vary as circumstances and priorities change at different stages in life, our core values provide an internal compass 'true north' throughout one's life.

This exercise takes around 20-30 minutes.

Firstly, take a look at each word and allocate it into a 'not important', 'important' or 'very important' pot.
